… that society will not be a victim of stress, and that people should perceive the fact of keeping fit for what it really is, i.e. a primary need thus meeting in the mornings or in the evenings to exercise in parks.
A healthy and balanced condition is the greatest assetwe can have, though many people do not even take it into consideration, however paradoxical this may sound.
That is why the aim of Songshan Shaolin Wushu is to promote the culture of feeling good every day, in a simple way and without needing anything but ourselves and some green space.
